Try to get enough sleep

It’s not mystery at all, that having too little sleep can make your work day a living hell with tiredness amplifying bad mood and stress. Try to get enough sleep at night, don’t stay late, you will thank yourself at the morning. If circumstances are not in a favor “long night sleep”, try to find some time to take a nap during daytime. Only 20minutes of so called “power nap” can refresh your body and mind.
